3. Booking and Payment

Payment is required prior to the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed upon.

All prices are listed in both United States Dollars (USD) and Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may be updated at any time without notice.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (such as PayPal or e-transfer).

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You can reschedule live sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice.

For live sessions, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund, as time is already set aside and preparation may have begun. In some cases, a partial refund may be offered depending on how much pre-work has already been completed.

For pre-recorded readings, once your booking is confirmed and work has begun, the reading is non-refundable due to the time and energy involved in creating your session. If you need to cancel before work has started, a refund may be possible.

If anything comes up, just reach out—I’d rather adjust things fairly.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the time, preparation, and energetic nature of these services, completed sessions are non-refundable.

If you experience an issue with a booking, please reach out and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, recordings, downloadable materials, and session frameworks, remains the intellectual property of Blue Crow Mystics unless otherwise noted.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
